An unexpected gem in Planegg
The staff here, always ready with a smile. The breakfast, with its variety of options, was a good start to each day.
The absence of air conditioning made the warm nights a bit uncomfortable, especially on the higher floors near the street noise.

The atmosphere created was family. Had tidy and updated family room with 5 standard beds for bigger families and wake-up service was available in it. The service was good, that made the hotel wonderful small place.

Clean room with great pillows. The commute to Munich is a bit uncomfortable, with trains every 20 minutes.

Great remote location close enough to two very good restaurants, the center and the train station. Furthermore, next to a grocery store. The room was spacious, and we had a nice view of city. The bathroom was clean, it was nice to have a bathtub...

Why it's almost great (but not quite)
The central location is unbeatable with a supermarket and fine dining just steps away. I enjoyed a spacious, clean room with a good breakfast with quality coffee and fresh berries.
The absence of air conditioning can be a challenge during high temperatures. Late arrivals may find limited food options nearby, which can be inconvenient after a long day of travel.

Local fruits and a variety of options. The staff attended to every request with warmth. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, which can be challenging during warmer months.

My room included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini fridge bar. Location: the hotel was next to restaurants, supermarket, shops, the center of Munich and Starnberg and Munich.

Dining at local spots like La Terrazza was a delight-you can't beat their gourmet salads for a fresh crunch! Plus, the hotel itself is super clean and spacious.
While the charm of our family room was overshadowed by heat and street noise, the friendly owners still brought warmth to our stay. Plus, the unexpected dog fee of €12 a day added a bit of a sting.
